Membership Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Four Pillars Hotel     Any hotel from time to time owned , operated or managed by Four Pillars Hotels Ltd or by an associated or subsidiary company, whether directly or under the terms of a management contract.

1) Membership of the Company Lounge, is open to those employees of UK-registered companies who make bookings direct with a Four Pillars hotel or via Four Pillars Central Reservations or on www.four-pillars.co.uk for accommodation, conferences, meetings and events at a Four Pillars Hotel on behalf of their company. Members must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the UK.
2) Employees of Four Pillars Hotels are not eligible for membership.
3) Employees of business travel agencies, hotel booking agencies, retail travel agencies, online travel agencies and conference/event booking agencies making bookings on behalf of third party clients are not eligible for membership and should refer to the Agents Lounge [www.agentslounge.co.uk].
4) These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in the Company Lounge, and participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5) Information regarding the Company Lounge may be provided to the member from time to time, in writing or posted on the Company Lounge website, and such information is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
6) Membership is subject to acceptance by Four Pillars Hotels who retain the right to refuse or cancel membership.
7) Participation is subject to the approval of the Member’s employer.
8) Membership in the Company Lounge is linked to the Member's employer. Should for any reason this link cease, the membership will cease.
9) Membership and all rights, benefits and privileges of membership are personal to the Member and shall not be transferable or assignable in any way or to any other person.
10) Four Pillars Hotels reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw any element of the Company Lounge, at any time without notice.
11) Offers and benefits received under the Company Lounge cannot be used in conjunction with any other Four Pillars Hotels rewards scheme, offer or promotion.
12) Standard Four Pillars Hotels Booking Terms and Conditions apply.
13) Personal data which you provide when you participate in this scheme will be used by Four Pillars Hotels for the purposes of the Company Lounge only.
14) Four Pillars Hotels reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member at any time without assigning any reason or giving any notice. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, Four Pillars Hotels reserves the right to terminate a Member's membership based on circumstances including but not limited to:
o Breach by the Member of any of these Programme terms;
o The Member is discovered to have supplied any misleading information or made any misrepresentation to Four Pillars Hotels in connection with the programme;
o The Member engages in any fraudulent activities under or in connection with the Programme;
o The Member ceases to be an employee of the corporate entity or business which has approved the Member's membership;
o The Member ceases to be authorised to participate in the programme;
o The Member displays inappropriate behaviour at any participating property or participating facility or against any member of staff of any participating property, any participating facility or Four Pillars Hotel; or
o Any other circumstances as may be determined by Four Pillars Hotels.
15) A Member may terminate his/her membership at any time by giving notice in writing to Four Pillars Hotels at its Registered Office, at which time all rights, benefits and privileges of the Member under the programme shall immediately cease
16) Four Pillars Hotels’ decision on all matters pertaining to the Company Lounge shall be final.
17) Notwithstanding any other provision herein, in no event shall Four Pillars Hotels be liable to any Member for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, special or consequential or of any nature suffered by any Member resulting from the use or inability to use any of the privileges attached to this Programme or Membership thereto, including without limitation to:
o Any injury or death;
o The suspension or termination of the Programme;
o Any error, omission or inaccuracy in any information provided by Four Pillars Hotels or any participating property or participating facility; or
o Any defect, deficiency, breakdown of any software or system of Four Pillars Hotels or of the Company Lounge website, or any loss, corruption or deletion of any data or information supplied by a Member.
18) No other person or authority other than Four Pillars Hotels and the Member shall have any rights under these Terms and Conditions.
19) Neither the Program nor any benefit offered by the Programme creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by Members against Four Pillars Hotels.
20) Any tax liability connected with the receipt and/or use of benefits of the Company Lounge is the responsibility of the member.
21) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
22) The Company Lounge is operated by Four Pillars Hotels Ltd, Company registration Number 01303927, whose registered office and trading address is Olney House, Ducklington Lane, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4EX
